Parents can report an absence directly from the app and include their signature.
This is very convenient for parents and will also reduce admin time in school spent on answer machine messages and office calls.
Reports are sent by email to the school as well as available as an archive in the web portal.
Adding your latest letters or school newsletters is as simple as uploading documents using a file manager.
Typically pdfs, though they can be Word documents, they will automatically display in date order.
Creating a handy archive for busy parents to catch up and keep up to date.
Photos can uploaded into galleries as click and forget - no fiddly re-sizing or anything special to do.
It's all handled automatically though the CMS allowing parents to swipe though your galleries on their phone.
You can customise the menus and content which appears in your app - adding or removing extra menus as you go.
For example you could create a Home Learning menu with information and links. Other popular ideas are a school twitter embed, a useful links page a PTA page - in fact whatever you like!
